Warnings, fines, and jail time

In-game police warnings, tickets, and jail!

I'm starting this post, due to some things.  Here are my issues..

1.  My charictor is becoming more established.
2.  I tend to have more in-game cash
3.  I have weapons that are hard to get, due to having to run materials to get them.

I was thinking about our public servants on the server...  I love role playing with them.  Maybe this will get their minds working to come up with a standard operating procedure.   I am noticing that most of our officers want to throw you in jail due to a simple traffic stop.  I have always seen...  Warn, ticket, and jail.  I now have fore money than I could ever have weapons, and for the police to keep taking my guns on every traffic stop kills my charictor to the point of not being to participate in a lot of rp.  I guess I would rather see larger fines for established players than I want to see my guns get taken from me, every time I join the server..

Would you rather see larger cash fines, than jail time.. Then what dollar amounts for little things. Average traffic stop $10,000 for a established player.. That's what I see.
